Nordica Men's FireArrow F3 Ski Boots 2013
The Nordica FireArrow F3 taps into an entirely new shell design to drive the rockered and cambered shapes of modern skis with power and precision. The Nordica FireArrow F3 ski boots for men are high performance boots with a new shell design that is revolutionary in the ski industry. While ski boots have retained the same design for multiple years and skis have evolved dramatically to enable skiers to ski faster, increase inclination and create greater lateral forces. The FireArrow boots are designed to address the changes that have develop in skis over that past few years. The new shell design enhances lateral precision, progressive forward flex creating easier ankle articulation and a 45 degree closure system for maximum heel retention. These boots have the newest shape and technology designed for today's high performance skier. The Nordica FireArrow F3 ski boots enhance side-to-side control, offering precise lateral pressure to put modern skis on edge.

DPC Code: Stiffness = 14.0, Progression = 2, Rebound = High. This means that the higher the boot stiffness, the higher the transmission of power to the ski. 16 is the stiffest. There are 3 levels of progression and 3 is the stiffest. This means that the boot stiffness is more than doubled at it's deepest flexing point. The bigger the progression, the stiffer the boot behaves through the forward flex allowing the most precise load transmission of the ski. The Rebound code is H (High). Rebound measures the rate at which the boot returns to the neutral upright position from the deepest flexing point. The higher the rate of rebound the faster the boot returns, enabling a quicker turn and ski edge change. More Rebound = quicker new turn and edge change.
